It’s been an incredibly long time since I’ve posted, but hello!
I hope everyone is doing well as the seasons are changing and the Thanksgiving holiday is upon us. I’m grateful for the many opportunities that have come my way since the last time I’ve put anything on my blog/channel, but that being said, many of the things I had planned for Snapshots of Simplicity are taking a different turn.
You might’ve seen on Instagram that I’ve recently gotten engaged to my boyfriend Peter. There’s quite a few implications of that, but I’m sure we’ll speak more about our relationship, if you’re interested (:
With that, I have also moved out of my parents’ home which I’ve resided in for the past two years. Many of you have asked what it’s like to live with roommates that don’t live a zero waste lifestyle, so here’s a little snapshot of my living situation at home with my parents. It’s not much really, just organized drawers and spaces for myself where I can store my belongings in the bathroom and kitchen.
Hope you enjoy this quick video, and more updates to come. Life has been busy with wedding planning, my full time job, and moving into the new apartment, but I love staying connected with you all because it brings me joy to know that my content is helping you to live more simply and sustainably!
Stay safe and warm this season, and hope to talk to you guys soon (:
